Honke Matsuura Shuzojo, founded in 1804 in Naruto, Tokushima, brews Narutotai — named for the sea bream toughened by the whirlpool currents of the Naruto strait. Its ultra-dry junmai Tomoe took the top gold at the National Kanshu (warmed sake) Contest. Tours and tastings by reservation.
