The Story of 北軽井沢蒸留所

Kitakaruizawa Distillery is a small distillery at about 1,100 metres elevation at the foot of Mt. Asama in Naganohara, Gunma. Exploiting the lower boiling point of high altitude, it produces hand-made Japanese whisky in small volumes, aiming for a rich, concentrated character.
