Maoi Distillery sits on the Maoi hills of Naganuma, Hokkaido, attached to a winery. The brand was relaunched in 2022, when a Forsyths hybrid still went to work on brandy, fruit brandy and whisky together. Tours can be reserved; the shop opens weekends and holidays, closing January to March.
