The Story of 札幌工場

The Sapporo Factory is the head office and plant of Sapporo Shusei Kogyo, founded in 1933 as a korui shochu maker. Brewing with subsoil water of Mt. Teine, the company now also works Hokkaido ingredients into whisky and liqueurs, centring its whisky range on Sapporo Whisky and Ezo blends.
