STORY

The Story of 十勝蒸溜所

Tokachi Distillery is a newly built craft whisky distillery in Makubetsu, in Hokkaido's Tokachi region. Two Forsyths pot stills are planned, with whisky production targeted for autumn 2025 and a traditional style drawing on the Tokachi terroir. The house runs the members' Tokachi Whisky Club online.
