STORY

The Story of 酔鯨酒造

Suigei — the Drunken Whale — has been brewed since 1872 in Kochi City and stands for the crisp, dry style of Tosa nationwide. Its ideal is a rich-but-dry sake that belongs beside food. In 2018 the company opened its Tosagura, a modern brewery whose tours take in even the house rice-polishing machines, with the SAKE LAB CAFE attached.
