Ryoma's sake — 420 years of Tosa dry brewing in Sakawa.
Tsukasabotan was founded in 1603 in Sakawa, Kochi, and carries more than 420 years of history. Famous for its ties to Sakamoto Ryoma, it stands among the defining brewers of Tosa's dry, food-loving style — its ultra-dry junmai Senchu Hassaku, named for Ryoma's eight-point plan drafted aboard ship, reaches +8 on the sake meter. The Gallery Hotei antenna shop welcomes visitors.
