Rikishi — the wrestler's sake of Kazo, brewed since 1748.
Kamaya, founded in 1748 in Kazo, Saitama, has brewed for over 270 years, centring on its Rikishi (sumo wrestler) label — sake made to sit beside everyday meals, with Kasukabe-grown Yamada Nishiki in its premium bottles. The annual Rikishi Kura Matsuri festival opens the brewery to the public.
