金紋世界鷹
A Saitama brewery with more than two centuries of history, now leading a six-kura sake group across Japan.
Founded in 1808 in the Sashiogi area of what is now Nishi-ku, Saitama City, Koyama Honke Shuzo has brewed for more than two hundred years using the region's clean water. The brewery emphasizes both flavor and safety, working to keep sake culture alive while promoting the appeal of its home region. Its flagship label, Kinmon Sekaidaka, was created to mark the 200th anniversary of its founding, and the brewery now leads the Sekaidaka-Koyama family group, which operates six breweries across Japan.
