The Story of 松岡醸造

Matsuoka Jozo, founded in 1851 in Ogawa, Saitama, brews its Mikadomatsu label with mineral-rich natural groundwater — and has taken gold at the Annual Japan Sake Awards eight years running. Around 7,500 visitors a year come through its tours and direct shop; tours by reservation.
