Organic-partnered brewing in Ogawa, with a restaurant at the kura.
Seiun Shuzo, founded in 1902 in the paper-making town of Ogawa, Saitama, has partnered with organic farmers since 1988, pursuing safe, natural sake in harmony with its surroundings. Its Zensho labels lead the range. Tours are offered, and the Tamaiya restaurant adjoins the kura.
