焼酎(芋)
A Tokushima distillery built entirely around Naruto Kintoki, the region's prized sweet potato, in three honkaku shochu expressions.
Located in Ishii, Myozai district, Tokushima, this distillery makes honkaku (authentic) shochu from Naruto Kintoki, the region's branded sweet potato. Its flagship, Joryushu Naruto Kintoki, uses the sweet potato alongside domestic rice koji at 25% ABV, prized for a faint sweet aroma and a light, clean finish. The lineup also includes a baked-sweet-potato version at 28% ABV and Joryushu Kurikintoki, which blends sweet potato with chestnut at 25% ABV.
