The Story of 浜地酒造

Hamachi Shuzo was founded in 1870 in western Fukuoka City. Its name, Suginoya, honours the Noh stage its first master Shinkuro Hamachi built of cedar. The house holds Fukuoka Prefecture's first craft beer production licence and brews sake, beer, amazake and liqueurs — with a bakery and restaurant attached to the brewery, open to visitors.
