The Story of 大賀酒造

Oga Shuzo, founded in 1673 in Chikushino, is the most historic sake brewery in Fukuoka Prefecture. Blessed with a well fed by the subsoil water of Mt. Homan, it keeps to handwork and local sake rice. The kura opens to the public twice a year, with sakagura-biraki festivals each spring and autumn.
