日本盛
Since 1889 — 西宮市, Hyogo
A Nada-district house honored as an imperial purveyor in 1913, still brewing with miyamizu and Tamba toji technique.
Founded in 1889, Nihonsakari earned an appointment as a purveyor to the Imperial Household Ministry in 1913. The brewery carries on the traditional methods of the Tamba toji, brewing with Nishinomiya's miyamizu water and Hyogo-grown Yamada Nishiki rice. Beyond sake, the company has also built a cosmetics business. At its Sakagura-dori Rengakan complex, visitors can shop, dine at the Hanasakari restaurant, and try glass-blowing; ticketed brewery tours and tasting events are held on select dates.
