The Nada brewery whose sake has been served at the Nobel Prize banquet in Stockholm.
Shushinkan has brewed in Kobe's Mikage district since 1751, and its Fukuju Junmai Ginjo has been served at the official Nobel Prize banquet, giving the label international recognition. The brewery has committed to carbon-neutral production and uses 100% Hyogo-grown rice. Its grounds include Sakabayashi, an on-site restaurant serving food alongside the house's sake, and English-guided brewery tours.
