The Story of 田野蒸溜所

Tano Distillery is the malt whisky site of Takahashi Shuzo, built into the renovated former Tano elementary school in the hills above Hitoyoshi, Kumamoto. At 680 metres, the Tano highland offers fine water and swinging temperatures for maturation, and the site is run as a bridge between the region and its visitors. General tours are in preparation.
