The Story of 岡山蒸溜所

Okayama Distillery is the craft distillery of Miyashita Shuzo, in full operation since installing a German pot still in 2011. It distils whisky from Okayama-grown two-row barley — matured in distinctive casks — alongside craft gin and vodka, released as Single Malt Okayama and Craft Gin Okayama.
