御嶽鶴
Since 1897 — 笠岡市, Okayama
A Kasaoka kura since 1897 whose devotion to rice flavor has won Okayama's top prize for years running.
Ouchi Shuzojo was founded in 1897 in Nishioshima, Kasaoka, Okayama, and has kept to a style that lets the natural flavor of rice come through. The relentless attention to taste of its Bicchu toji has earned the brewery Okayama Prefecture's top sake award in multiple years. Its main label, Mitake Tsuru, is joined by a nama-chozo ginjo, both finished medium-dry.
