STORY

The Story of 北庄司酒造店

Kitashoji Shuzoten, founded in 1921, is the only sake brewery in Izumisano, across the water from Kansai Airport. Under its motto of fine sake, a little at a time, it brews clean yet rounded umakuchi sake with the karomi technique handed down by Nanbu toji. The kura welcomes visitors with tours, a café and tasting sales.
