Nagatoro — famous-water sake brewed entirely by Saitama hands.
Fujisaki Sobei Shoten was founded in 1728 by an Omi merchant who came east along the Nakasendo. Its kura in Nagatoro brews with spring water of the Fubuki district — one of Japan's hundred famous waters — and only Saitama's own Sake Musashi rice, with every brewer a Saitama local. The Nagatoro label has taken golds at Kura Master and the IWC across 2019–2025. Shop open 10:00–17:00, closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
