This Matsudo, Chiba plant belongs to Godo Shusei Co., part of the Oenon Group, established in 1924. Its riverside site near the Edogawa gives the brewery ready access to good water and efficient logistics. The house label, Fuki, is a modestly priced, carefully made sake meant for everyday drinking, alongside a companion hon-mirin under the same Fuki name.
