The Story of 辰馬本家酒造

Tatsuma Honke Shuzo has brewed in Nishinomiya since 1662, guided by the idea that sake is raised, not simply made. It draws on Nishinomiya's celebrated miyamizu water and Hyogo-grown Yamada Nishiki rice to produce its Kuromatsu Hakushika line, a leading name among the Nada five brewing districts. The house also runs the Hakushika Memorial Sake Brewing Museum, dedicated to sake culture.
