松美酉
Since 1825 — 松田町, Kanagawa
A Matsuda brewery hand-crafting every batch of Matsumidori with spring water flowing off Mt. Tanzawa.
Founded in 1825 in Matsuda, at the foot of Kanagawa's Ashigara plain, Nakazawa Shuzo has brewed sake here for roughly 200 years. The kura uses spring water filtered through Mt. Tanzawa and insists on all-hand brewing for its Matsumidori label. Visitors can tour the brewery from its direct-sales shop, though the 2026-season tours are currently paused; when running, they include a paid tasting and typically last about 90 minutes.
