The Story of 宮城峡蒸溜所

Miyagikyo Distillery, opened in 1969 in the hills of Sendai, is Nikka Whisky's second distillery. Set in a gorge embraced by the Nikkawa and Hirose rivers, it makes malt whisky in deliberate contrast to Yoichi — elegant, floral and fruity — bottled as Single Malt Miyagikyo. Tours can be reserved.
