An Isahaya kura since 1900, brewing food-friendly sake with Kumamoto yeast for its own shop and bar.
Kinokawa has brewed in Hashinoo, Isahaya, Nagasaki, since 1900, making food-friendly sake with Kumamoto yeast and local ingredients. Its labels include the Junmai Daiginjo and Junmai Ginjo lines named Reimei, and a Tokubetsu Junmai polished to 60%. The brewery runs its own direct-sale shop, Kinokawa Yokayoka, and an izakaya-style sake bar, Kadouchi Yahachi, and opens its doors for tours, tastings and seasonal open-house events.
