Amanosake — the medieval temple sake Hideyoshi drank, revived in 1971.
Saijo Gomei Kaisha has brewed in Kawachinagano since 1718. In 1971, with the blessing of Amanosan Kongoji temple, it revived Amanosake — the celebrated medieval temple sake said to have been enjoyed by Toyotomi Hideyoshi. Its Soboshu is brewed to the temple's transmitted method. The shop is open 10:00–17:00, closed New Year's Day.
