Yamazaki Distillery is Japan's oldest malt whisky distillery, begun by Shinjiro Torii in 1923 at the meeting of three rivers below Tennozan — a place long famed for its water. From that single site comes an extraordinary diversity of malt whisky styles, bottled as Yamazaki, including its celebrated aged expressions. Tours can be reserved.
