Shikisakura — 150 years in the prefectural capital, with its own rice fields.
Utsunomiya Shuzo, founded in 1871, brews Shikisakura — the cherry of four seasons — in Tochigi's capital city. It contracts and farms its own Yanagida Farm paddies for Gohyakumangoku and Yamada Nishiki, and in January 2026 its Imai Shohei brand was recognised in a chefs' choice fine-sake selection.
