The Story of 渡邊佐平商店

Founded in 1842 in Imaichi, Nikko, Watanabe Sahei Shoten brews Seikai using the clear groundwater that runs beneath Nikko. The brewery stands in the approach town to Nikko Tosho-gu, a World Heritage site, and its range runs from an everyday honjozo to a daiginjo it regards as the top of the house.
