Chiyomusubi — Goriki rice and honest craft in the port of Sakaiminato.
Chiyomusubi Shuzo, founded in 1865 in Sakaiminato, Tottori, has brewed for 160 years under the creed of honest making. It champions Goriki, Tottori's own native sake rice, alongside traditional methods — earning honours at the IWC and other international competitions — and has expanded into whisky as well. A brewery tour programme welcomes visitors.
