The Story of 藤井酒造

Fujii Shuzo, founded in 1669, is the only brewery remaining in Misasa Onsen, the famous radium hot-spring town of Tottori. It brews Misasa Masamune, Hakuro and Mitokuzakura — with a particular devotion to aged and matured sake — and welcomes spa-town visitors for tours and tastings, open 9:00–21:00.
