STORY

The Story of 稲田本店

Inata Honten, the Yonago, Tottori house founded in 1673, brews under the motto of sake made with heart. Its labels Inata Hime and Top Suirai flow through an unusual channel: eleven Inataya restaurants of its own in Tokyo and one in Yonago, where the kura's sake meets the table directly. Rice comes through partnerships with local farmers. Tours are available.
