Far Yeast Genryu Distillery is Far Yeast Brewing's site in the mountain village of Kosuge, at the headwaters of the Tama River, producing since 2017. On its craft beer foundation, the Far Yeast Distilling Project turns out malt-based spirits and new-pot releases such as Off Trail Azeotrope, brewed with genryu source water.
