Fuji Hokuroku Distillery is the whisky operation begun in 2020 by Ide Jozoten, the Kawaguchiko sake brewer, carrying its brewing knowledge into whisky — released as the blended whisky Daijukai, named for the great sea of trees at Fuji's foot. Visits are possible.
