The Story of 神杉酒造

Kamisugi Shuzo was founded in 1805 in Anjo, Aichi, and incorporated in 1940. The house brews the Kamisugi sake line — including a ginjo and the junmai ginjo Sugi no Mai — alongside traditional hon-mirin and shochu, aiming for sake made with tradition, heart and craft. Brewery tours are offered.
