A Kiyosu brewery on the Kiso River system, known nationwide by its bestselling Onikoroshi ('Demon Slayer') sake.
Founded in 1853 in Kiyosu, Aichi — a historic castle town on the Kiso River system — Onikoroshi brews with water drawn from the river's clear underground flow. The kura is best known for its everyday sake Onikoroshi ('Demon Slayer'), brewed entirely from domestic rice. At the premium end, its Junmai Daiginjo Shoho, milled to 39% with Yamada Nishiki rice, won the top award — the Aichi Governor's Prize — at the 2026 Aichi new sake competition.
