Founded in 1903 in Nishihazu-cho, Nishio, Aichi, Yamazaki brews under a philosophy it calls "uncompromising craftsman spirit." Carefully selected brewing rice and quality spring water from the foot of Mt. Mikane carry through every stage — milling, mashing, storage and bottling — each managed with its own in-house know-how in pursuit of genuine flavor. Kura tours are available by reservation.
