Its core label, Miyanomai, is joined by Sadamisaki — named for the peninsula itself — and Miyanomai Josen, a standard-grade release for everyday drinking. Little detailed history or brewing information about the kura is publicly available beyond its label lineup, but it continues, as its own message to visitors puts it, to value the bonds and connections that sake creates with its local community on this remote stretch of Ehime's coast.
