The Story of 愛友酒造

Aiyu Shuzo was founded in 1804 in Itako, the canal town of Ibaraki's water country, and has brewed its Aiyu label there for over 220 years. It is one of the easiest kura in the region to visit: individuals can tour and taste without a reservation, any day of the year, 9:00–17:00.
