Sudo Honke of Kasama, Ibaraki, traces its founding to 1141, making it by tradition one of the oldest sake breweries in Japan — a lineage of more than fifty generations. Its Sato no Homare label leads the range, with Kiritsukuba as the everyday pour. Visits are accepted 10:00–15:00 on weekdays.
