The Story of 八郷蒸溜所

Yasato Distillery, built in 2020 at the foot of Mt. Tsukuba in Ishioka, is Kiuchi Shuzo's whisky distillery and the main production site of Hinomaru Whisky. Tours run by advance reservation, including a blending experience where visitors compose their own bottle.
