Takasago — a small Hakusan kura with its own restaurant at the brewery.
Kanaya Shuzoten has brewed since 1869 in Hakusan, at the heart of the Kaga plain — Ishikawa's rice country — blessed with subsoil water of the sacred Mt. Haku and the Tedori River. Its label is Takasago, and the brewery restaurant Takasago Saryo serves guests on site.
