Taniizumi — brewed by Toyama Bay on Noto's calm eastern shore.
Tsuruno Shuzoten was founded around the Kansei–Kyowa era (1789–1804) in the Ukawa district of Noto-cho, on the calm eastern coast facing Toyama Bay. It brews the sake Taniizumi from local water and rice, born of the peninsula's rich nature and unpretentious character, and keeps its finished sake strictly under cold storage. A shop serves visitors.
