The Story of 丹沢蒸溜所

Tanzawa Distillery is a craft whisky distillery inside the Tanzawa-Oyama Quasi-National Park in Yamakita, Kanagawa. Its signature is the BCF method — filtration through binchotan charcoal — applied to barrel-finished blends. The plant was completed in January 2024, with barrel-finish releases from 2025 and a separate warehouse site. Open weekends and holidays, 9:00–17:00.
