Since 1873 — 大崎市, Miyagi
A Miyagi house with one obsession: sake made purely to be drunk with food.
Niizawa Brewery has brewed in Osaki, Miyagi since 1873, guided by a single aim: to make the ultimate food-pairing sake. Its Hakurakusei and Atagonomatsu labels are known nationwide for their gentle aroma and clean, crisp finish, brewed across two sites — one in Osaki's Sannomoto and one in the town of Kawasaki. The house sums up its approach simply: learn and evolve daily, to deliver an even better sake tomorrow.
