Mitsutake Shuzojo has brewed in Kashima, Saga since 1688, guided by the belief that 'making sake means making people,' and by a commitment to innovate from within tradition. Long known for both sake and shochu, the house is also expanding into fermented foods, aiming to build a meaningful food culture through sincere, heartfelt work. Its tourist-facing kura, Hizen-ya, welcomes visitors for free and paid tastings most days of the week.
