金鳳 大吟醸
In Yasugi's swan-wintering rice country, where locals say 'the mountain is Daisen, the sake is Kinpo,' a brewery built around umami and a clean finish.
Kinpo Shuzo stands in the rice-growing lowlands of Yasugi, a town known for the Yasugi-bushi folk song and Yasuki steel, where wild swans arrive from Siberia each winter. Locals sum up their affection for the brewery in a local saying: 'The mountain is Daisen, the sake is Kinpo.' The kura aims for umami-rich, well-rounded sake with a clean finish.
