美波太平洋 純米
In the land of the Yamata-no-Orochi legend, a brewery whose owner-brewer sees every grain of rice through to the finished bottle.
Kisuki Shuzo stands in the land where legend places the brewing of the sake that felled the eight-headed serpent Yamata no Orochi. The kura carefully makes sake using local Unnan rice and water, and from the moment the rice arrives until the finished sake reaches the shelf, the owner-brewer personally sees every stage of production through.
