花春
Since 1718 — 会津若松市, Fukushima
A 300-year-old Aizuwakamatsu house polishing its own local rice for a soft, clean, easy-finishing style.
Founded in 1718 in Aizuwakamatsu, Hanaharu Shuzo has spent over three centuries chasing a house style built on gentle aroma, a soft palate, a clean taste and a crisp finish. The brewery mills its own locally grown Aizu rice and brews as one team, rooted firmly in the Aizu region. Tours are normally available by reservation, free of charge, with free shuttle service from Nanukamachi Station for small groups — though they're currently paused for facility maintenance.
